Bartek Gola (POL)

Bartek is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and finally senior partner at SpeedUp Group, the leading Polish group of venture funds focusing on early stage business in ICT. He started his career in advertising as one of the founders of BTL group one of the biggest Polish marketing agencies. The company has been sold to American NYSE listed Omnicom. After the merge he became member of the board of TEQUILA/Polska responsible for business development, also in CEE region. President of Polish DMA (Direct Marketing Association) (till 2008). The same year he decided to leave advertising industry and started to invest money in ICT sector. He is one of the founders of SpeedUp Group with more than 20 companies in the current portfolio. SpeedUp group has a strong reputation as top Polish seed investor.
